Please know that I value both your time and mine. When we set up a time for your project, along with additional time to prepare, this allows me to arrive on time and to utilize the allocated time as efficiently as possible. I understand emergencies happen and cancellation may be required. If you do need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule by phone/text at 250-228-5188. You may cancel with a minimum 48 hour notice without a cancellation fee if you reschedule the appointment to another time and date while making your cancellation request.
If you cancel within 48 hours prior to the appointment time , there is a cancellation fee of $25.00
The health and well being of my clients, homeowners and myself is critically important during this unusual time we all live in. To protect everyone I will wear a mask while in a home and although I do not require others to wear a mask, although that would be appreciated, I ask that everyone practice social distancing while I am inside the residence. I also ask that owners and agents try to remain in one area until I am finished working inside.
In order to minimize what I have to touch please turn on all lights, dim extremely bright lights if possible, remove any objects or items that should be excluded in the photographs, leave doors open or ajar to rooms that should be photographed.
